At Bwejuu Charity School we value the importance of Good Governance.

Over the years we have been investing in building better governance structures by recruiting new governance Board members and assuring a wider base of skills and expertise. The selection of new Board members will also be part of our wider plan for increasing the diversity of income streams and encouraging greater independence of local partners.

The Board of Directors serves to define and protect Bwejuu Charity School's mission. They also help guide the adoption of new policy and ensure that all activities are aligned with the school's strategic objectives. As part of the Board's role, they review and approve items such as annual budget proposals, opportunities and building projects.
